Gina L. Mulligan began her writing career over twenty years ago as a freelance journalist for national magazines. Her short stories are in included in the anthologies Tudor Close: A Collection of Mystery Stories and Not Your Mother’s Book . . . on Dogs, and were performed at Stories on Stage Sacramento. She has won awards from the Abilene Writers Guild, San Francisco LitQuake, and the Soul-Making Keats Literary Competition. She is the author of the novels REMEMBER THE LADIES and FROM ACROSS THE ROOM, and the non-fiction DEAR FRIEND, Letters of Encouragement, Humor, and Love for Women with Breast Cancer. After her own diagnosis, Gina founded Girls Love Mail, a charity that collects handwritten letters of encouragement for women with breast cancer.

As a trainer and speaker since 1997, Gina is available for inspirational and educational speaking engagements and writers conferences. She’s also a listed speaker for the National Women’s History Alliance.
